I have finally set up Facebook.  It will be nice to finally connect with all of you guys!  I hope that you will all become fans of my brand new business page (link at the top of the page).  Please spread the word to any of your friends who you think might like my jewelry and designs.  I am finally getting all this computor stuff….next step, my Etsy store…coming soon!

Who came out and made both Make-It Edmonton and Make-It Vancouver so awesome!  I had a great time meeting all of you.

One of my most popular styles, the long and skinny rooster saddles!  Due to the huge demand from salons for hair extensions this type of feather is almost non-existant these days.  It is unclear when or if  the breeders will be able to keep up with the demand.  I was fortunate enough to get my hands on a few capes and a variety of different colors, all about 8 inches long,  will be available at my upcoming markets.

Here is a preview of some of my new and unique designs I have been working on.   I have always made all different types of jewelry but the feathers have been keeping me too busy to really sit down and produce other items until now.  These tassels are made from 100% cruelty-free horse tail hair ( I am a horse girl myself, I have had my horse Benetton for almost 20 years!)  The hair has been cleaned and sanitized by the supplier.  I have black, white and dark sorrel  that I have been mixing with copper, brass and gunmetal chains and findings.  There are many different styles and combinations of earrings and necklaces.  The necklaces look great solo or layered up with other lengths and colors.  They will be available at  my upcoming markets, I will update you when they will be up on the online store.
